Francine’s is Calgary’s buzz-worthy new French bar and dining destination in historic Chinatown, created by Chef Garrett Martin and Bar Manager Nate Wry. Known for its modern, lively take on French tavern fare, Francine’s delivers bold flavours, shareable plates, and inventive dishes designed for spirited, social dining.
For this one-night collaboration, Francine’s welcomes Chef Jonathan Lee and Bartender Lucas Peng of Vancouver’s Michelin Bib Gourmand Good Thief. Together, they will present a cocktail-forward, contemporary Vietnamese dinner influenced by French technique, celebrating the timeless flavours, traditions, and memories of Vietnam through a modern lens.
