Chef David Leeder reunites with two fellow Per Se alumni for a New York–inspired takeover at the highly anticipated Penny Crown—a modern, high-energy tavern channelling the Lower East Side spirit, celebrated for bold flavours, refined technique, and a distinctly cosmopolitan point of view.

Among them is Andrew Sargent, former sous chef at Daniel Boulud’s acclaimed Daniel and recent winner of Netflix’s Next Level Chef and Food Network’s Chopped, whose dynamic, ingredient-driven approach brings serious star power to the evening.

The evening is further elevated by Truman Parsons, formerly sous chef at New York’s three-Michelin-starred Le Bernardin and Per Se, whose precision and fine-dining pedigree promise a menu of exceptional depth and finesse.

Big-city flavour and serious talent collide for this one-night-only collaboration. Two seating times are available at 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
