The YYC EXP finale dinner Clos de la Oyster Barre, is back at Teatro for a special edition to close out the festival. Hip-hop and candlelight set the atmosphere for this irreverent, seafood-forward experience. This year, Teatro is excited to welcome a very special guest, Coulson Armstrong of Toronto’s Prime Seafood Palace, who won the 2025 edition of Top Chef Canada. Coulson will be working alongside Teatro’s own Director of Culinary, Matthew Batey and Executive Chef Camilo Kobek, to craft small plates in line with Clos’s contemporary and fun nature. Expect an extra special wine list prepared for the night, curated by Teatro Wine Director Taylor Simpson.
